Susan is a problem solver who helps people develop and enhance skills, gain peace of mind and explore new ways of working towards sustainable solutions. She brings extensive experience in management, training and facilitation, organisational development, writing and cultural competence.
Having previously lived and worked in South Korea, Singapore and Tasmania Susan has gained a wonderful appreciation for cultural challenges, particularly in adjustment and transition. Over time Susan has become the person who is the catalyst for innovation! She helps individuals, she works within teams, she delves into organisations and communities applying sustainable strategies related to all aspects of a workplace.
Her expertise includes but is by far not limited to the leadership and implementation of accreditation assessments and quality improvement. Susan also applies positive change across planning and reviewing processes within not-for-profit, government organisations and the private sectors.
Susan is passionate about working with people to see things differently or from a new perspective. She aims to help people develop their own working lives into a more efficient, more harmonious and productive. Susan believes in a fulfilling work-life balance. Susan has had more than 20 years fine-tuning her skills in management, education, health, community and human services. Susan implements change that adds value.
She is skilled in opening space for exploration and engagement with systems and processes. This, she delivers in a diversity of environments, bolstering sustainable solutions and productivity. Susan holds a Master’s degree specialising in organisational development and an International Diploma in Narrative Practice.
She recently upgraded her knowledge of Immunity to Change methodology by attending an international workshop in Boston. Susan is committed to ongoing education and learning in her craft. Her work is informed by a position of respect, collaboration and exclusivity with a focus on sustainable and workable solutions.
Her capacity and flexibility in partnering with all levels of organisations are seen as a key strength. She also shows a great capacity to deliver solutions that are beyond what is initially foreseen.
