Jennifer Mitchell has previously worked as a Client Liaison Officer with QIP and has spent the last 2 years as Lead Auditor at QIP. Jennifer conducts remote desktop reviews of specified documents and information across allied health services. Currently Jennifer has conducted over 2500 audits across the NSQHS Standards and the DIAS accreditation scheme.
Jennifer has provided support to numerous health and community service organisations to achieve accreditation and start their quality improvement journey as a CLO. As a Lead Auditor Jennifer has extensive knowledge and understanding of the DIAS accreditation scheme and the NSQHS Standards applied specifically to Dental practices, Podiatry clinics, Ophthalmology clinics and Specialised Health Services.
Jennifer has completed the Integrated Management Systems Lead Auditor (AU TL QM EM OH), PWC’s Applied Diploma of Quality Auditing and most recently the NSQHS Edition 2 Standards Assessor Orientation Course.
Jennifer has a strong background in general administration, system administration, policy and procedure development and proof reading. Jennifer values teamwork and promotes continuous improvement
