With an extensive background in Marketing and Sales, Cascie has an intrinsic knack for identifying gaps in the market and filing them with services to meet public demand.
Over the past few years, she has been a leader in and fine-tuned all aspects of building a business – and at times actually swinging a hammer!
She has navigated the recruitment and team development fields and innovates where gaps are identified.
A major achievement for Cascie in 2019 was the successful launch of HMED Academy! HMED Consults Learning Management System – a custom built training solution for general practice, day surgeries and dental health care teams.
Joining the team at HMED Consult in 2014 Cascie has been the driving force behind the creation of our bountiful team culture. With her experience and absolute forward-thinking approach, Cascie has shaped HMED Consult into a Medical Consultancy business that delivers to clinic owners real help and real results.
Cascie’s passion is providing genuine support to doctors, pharmacists and clinic owners through each step of their business building process. By implementing streamlined processes and handling the bulk of the task-load away from the client, she is able to eliminate clients stress and allow them the freedom to continue to build their vision and work in their current business saving them valuable time and money.
